Responsibilities

  • Diary Management.
  • Assist with staff rostering, monitoring annual leave and sickness.
  • You will be involved in varied aspects of routine administration including filing, drafting correspondence and file management.
  • You will assist in organising events, planning projects, and arranging travel.
  • Organising meetings, agendas and minute taking.
  • Organising itineraries.
  • When required you will also assist the current team secretary/administrator to undertake day-to-day admin for the wider team.
