Responsibilities

  • Provide personnel management support across employee categories (i.e., Military, Government Civilian).
  • Document Government process for various personnel management actions at the Division-level and manage those process to ensure personnel actions are meeting the suspense timelines and due dates.
  • Ensure leadership is aware of and consistent in applying applicable standards, instruction and policy with respect to personnel actions, if needed.
  • Assist with Executive Assistant duties when necessary.
  • Work with the Government organizations to develop appropriate work flows and communication chains for personnel related matters, if needed.
