What is the role of a Pharmacy Support Worker in the Homecare team?
The Pharmacy Support Worker in the Homecare team is responsible for receipting orders, processing invoices, answering telephones, accepting prescriptions, and performing general office duties to support the provision of medication and treatments to patients at home.
What qualifications do I need to apply for this position?
You need to commit to completing an NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy or another approved GPhC qualification within 18 months of employment. Basic literacy and numeracy skills are also required.
