Responsibilities

  • Engage and support local teams to deliver the commitments in line with McCain’s Thriving Community pillar around food waste, volunteering and Community Development Projects.
  • Organize the annual Planet-friendly Ambassador Summit, create a compelling agenda and support travel and logistics arrangements for all participants.
  • Lead the develop of a Flagship Community Development Project in NA, manage suppliers, internal stakeholders and agendas.
  • Supports cross functional stakeholders in their efforts to innovate and develop projects in line with Planet-Friendly initiatives.
  • Support NA sustainability governance by pulling data from planet-friendly pillar leads to ensure objectives are being met at different levels of the organization (SLT, PLT, ALT, network of local champions,…).
  • Liaise with global sustainability team to ensure standardization of reporting across all channels for Thriving Comun.
  • In addition to the existing data management systems, you may need to build new tools or improve existing solutions.
  • Support the communication strategy work alongside the internal and external communications teams to develop impactful comms outreach and amplify sustainability progress.
  • Creatively share key sustainability data in a way that is compelling and tailored to each audience, strong Powerpoint skills required.
  • Take an active role in developing tools for training the commercial team (ex. leadership training, functional training) on various fields of Sustainability.
