Responsibilities

  • Supporting data privacy programs of the Fast Retailing Group, led by Data Protection Officer (DPO).
  • Acting as the point of contact of business departments, support functions and management on privacy matters.
  • Educating and training employees on privacy compliance responsibilities and obligations.
  • Identifying, raising and addressing risk areas of privacy in internal operations and projects.
  • Manage privacy related incidents.
  • Assisting Data Protection Coordinators to conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA) on new systems, applications, workflows and third-party engagements etc. Review and follow up of resulting recommended action plans.
  • Implement actions to ensure compliance with relevant information management and protection laws.
