Requirements

  • 3-4 years’ experience in the FMCG industry and the Off-Premise trade specifically would be preferable
  • Sufficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word (Power BI will be an advantage)
  • Highly skilled reporting and excellent analytical, research and problem-solving skills
  • Operations & Logistics experience would be an advantage
  • Good understanding of the Brand and related Marketing strategies.
  • High numerical ability; discerns trends, patterns and anomalies in data with probable cause and effect
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must have the ability to retrieve, understand and interpret data from numerous sources
  • Project Management & experience in briefing and managing external agency partners.
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills with ability to influence and build strong cross-functional working relationships at all levels

Responsibilities

  • Value-adding analysis reports which proactively resolve issues as well as identify business opportunities.
  • Identifying outlets where Red Bull POS isn’t available by analysing sales data and developing strategies to be visible in these outlets.
  • Time in field with sales team to understand trade and customer dynamics and note competitor activity.
  • Identify instances where POS has been used incorrectly and provide guidance to the field team to ensure Red Bull POS aligns with global standards.
  • Recommend and support trade activity proposals with commercial backing, pushing the brand guidelines whilst protecting the brand image.
  • Create and develop all channels of communication that contribute to the timely execution of Red Bull initiatives at internal, trade or shopper level.
  • Supporting and ensuring that global POS toolkit is used effectively in order to: adhere to brand guidelines and appropriately represents the brand (e.g., creative and innovative); meet country needs and objectives by being financially viable; ensure national POS is developed only when international material is not appropriate, and a clear commercial benefit is recognised.
  • Developing and maintaining an internal tracking system for incoming POS with all departments necessary for efficient tracking and phasing to assist with the most accurate planning possible.
  • Work closely with the brand team to ensure all market-related POS items adhere to Red Bull guidelines and meet the required global standards.
  • Use strong understanding of sales, category trends and insights to explore and develop new and exciting trade marketing ideas and solutions.
  • Support with providing briefing documents to external agencies and suppliers for the development of new POS, and merchandising tools.
  • Implementing 100% of POS produced and ensuring warehousing and implementation costs stays at a minimum.
  • Ensure national campaign execution dates are met by providing support to the POS Manager.
  • Assist the POS Manager with the implementation and execution of all POS-related projects.
  • Support asset tracking and management within the Off-Premise channel.
