  • Participate in training, design, documentation, and delivery efforts.
  • Focus on the life cycle of the JCI Technology Portfolio at an optimum total cost of ownership. Define high-level migration plans to address the gaps between the current and future state.
  • Facilitate the planning and execution of business changes using standard business processes and technology.
  • Oversee and facilitate the research, evaluation, and selection of hardware and software solutions, related standards, as well as the design of standard configurations.
  • Manage and maintain overall solution architecture, scalability, and integrity.
  • Able to effectively influence stakeholders, team members, and peers to design and deliver optimal solutions in line with the best interest and expectations of the business.
  • Organize efficient enhancement review sessions with the business stakeholders going through all their enhancement requests, helping them prioritize all demand.
  • Work with the finance organization to manage statement of works, PO’s and invoicing comparing to available budget.
  • Maintain a professional culture within the team, where individuals take ownership and focus on delivering excellence, quality and value for the customer and business.
  • Responsible for the quality of solutions delivered, ensuring that appropriate development standards are maintained and followed.
  • Use agile methodologies to maintain a strong focus on delivery priorities, holding others to account for delivery, and swiftly responding to changing requirements.
