Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end development of portfolio offerings for various service lines, ensuring alignment with business strategy and market demand. Collaborate with product, marketing, and delivery teams to define and standardize service packages (e.g., Basic, Advanced, Premium tiers). Drive the evolution of portfolio offerings based on customer feedback, competitive insights, and industry trends.
  • Develop and implement go-to-market (GTM) plans for new offerings, ensuring cohesive messaging and positioning across channels. Partner with marketing teams to create compelling sales collateral, case studies, and presentations. Define success metrics for GTM initiatives and track the performance of product launches and campaigns.
  • Equip sales teams with the knowledge, resources, and tools required to effectively position and sell portfolio offerings. Conduct training sessions, create playbooks, and deliver ongoing support for sales teams on new and existing offerings. Collaborate with presales and account management teams to tailor offerings and messaging to specific customer needs.
  • Continuously monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to refine portfolio strategies and GTM approaches. Identify gaps in current offerings and opportunities to introduce new services or enhance existing ones.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including product management, operations, and customer success teams, to ensure alignment on portfolio objectives. Act as the primary liaison between the portfolio development team and sales organization to address any challenges or feedback.
