Responsibilities

  • Analyzing and processing Special Pricing Assistance (SPA) requests from targeted regions by working closely with the Sales teams.
  • Executing SPA programs, by providing guidance to the Sales teams, checking levels of approval, and processing high volume programs in the systems.
  • Providing regular pricing analysis on SPA programs’ utilization to the sales teams and management using different reporting tools (PowerBI, BOBJ, SAP, Salesforce etc.).
  • Performing audits (Washouts) on SPA program's conditions and final dealer GP margins.
  • Delivering on SPA modernization and standardization projects focusing on business simplification aimed at enabling more efficiency in SV control and utilization.
  • Analyzing and processing Interim and Main Pricing Actions in the E&T Price Action Tool (PAT).
  • Providing support on the administration for the Export Deals and managing currency updates for the O&G business.
  • Collaboration with other industry and accounting teams for margin analysis, validation, invoicing cancelation, and grief resolution.
  • Collaboration with the Sales teams and Dealers on how to monitor, evaluate and prepare SPA programs by the applicable E&T SPA Guidelines.
  • Providing regular updates on the E&T SPA Guidelines and train personnel on best practices, policies, tactics, and strategy.
  • Development, maintenance and validation of internal revenue related controls including Sarbanes-Oxley controls.
