  • In charge of processing contract changes and updates in Pricing Central, New Business, US Inforce, and Canada Group Retirement Solutions (GRS) business units.
  • Responsible with the day-to-day processing of fee changes in Apollo and updating the required revenue and discounts in Salesforce.
  • Prepares repricing letters for active contracts in Signature, Marketing and Enterprise, Inforce, and Canada GRS proposals and contracts.
  • Ensures the accuracy of fee calculations using various pricing tools or models.
  • Works closely with North America Business Unit, Account Executives, Client Account Representatives (CAR), Sales Support Specialists, Advisor Support, Plan Implementation Managers (PIM), and Fee Associates in handling requests coming from their respective queues.
  • Responsible in ensuring service level agreement (SLA) for each business unit is met.
