Requirements

  • You have significant experience in building and shipping consumer-facing software products together with teams of designers, engineers and data scientists. You deeply understand the nuances of both consumer- and creator-facing product management
  • You have deep experience in making hard data-informed decisions (A/B experimentation, user testing, data analysis, competitors and market analysis, defining metrics)

Responsibilities

  • Own vision, goals, strategy, roadmaps and impact working towards the Audiobooks Vertical Mission
  • Work closely with engineering, design, legal, analytics, and product, within your team and across the organization, to make sure your team understands what our short-term and long-term goals are, what the strategy to get there is, and ensure that the full end-to-end experience is top notch
  • Commence qualitative and quantitative research, product analysis and market insights to craft impactful product strategies
  • Ensure all features are closely aligned to both consumer and author/publisher needs
  • Prioritize new features based on customer needs, business potential, and technical scalability
  • Set and follow metrics that advise us of the success of the products and their impact on Spotify
  • Ensure your team has a healthy balance of innovation, reducing technical debt and providing maintenance and support
