Responsibilities

  • - Be the Research leader, by defining and establishing a world-class operations team and systems to ensure Amadeus-TRD products are supported based on UXR best practices
  • - Be a strong advocate of user-centricity across BDs, evangelise the Science behind human factors and its critical value for a platform business as Travel Distribution; promoting Research Systems that are adopted by all relevant stakeholders
  • - Be a dynamic leader, leveraging existing knowledge of our products, processes and systems to institute and establish user-centric research practices withing the Product Lifecycle Process in relevance to Travel Distribution platform, products & services (from back-end API and data products, to front-end graphical applications and development/customization frameworks)
  • - Promote Research processes and tools coming from either Services or Products using for instance a common shareable place in order to improve the consistency & reputation (why not outside our business too)
  • - Team management and development. Manage direct team under their responsibility in terms of: Selection and hiring, attraction and retention, provide relevant guidance, direction and support; distribution of accountabilities and responsibilities; conduct annual performance reviews and any other related P&C process (e.g. Salary Review, etc.).
