Responsibilities

  • Reprographics duties:
  • Assisting with all photocopying, printing and scanning requests
  • Finishing documents using mainly wire, comb and two hole punch
  • Ability to carry out delegated functions and tasks
  • Performing all quality checks in procedures and accepting constructive feedback from clients, team members, Team Leader, and Account Manager
  • Ad hoc duties:
  • Operate electronic or computerized scanning equipment to convert hardcopy documents to electronic versions
  • Collection of incoming documents from Customers
  • Input of basic customer details into tracker
  • Verification/Sorting of documents as per checklist
  • Scanning of documents
  • Entering the Customer’s and the transaction details into system
  • Courier or hand delivers of original documents to customers and managing customer queries
