Responsibilities

  • Client Service: Assist with a variety of tasks, including requests for proposals, account opening, coordinating client meetings, proactive service activities, preparing meeting material, responding to client inquiries, process documents and correspondence.
  • Manage and respond to requests from clients, working with internal partners to ensure client’s expectations are met and responses are handled professionally and efficiently
  • Support a team, including the Associate Portfolio Managers and Portfolio Managers with a variety of daily tasks, special initiatives and projects.
  • Provide insights to the distribution team to improve the client experience and develop process efficiencies.
  • Trade/Account Management: Responsibilities include account set-up, fee and performance reporting, trade submissions, coordinate/track compliance and audit requirements.
  • Sales Support: Coordinate sales meetings, preparing presentations and sales materials.
