Responsibilities

  • Interpret, normalize, and extract exposure data from financial statements, schedule of investments and company pages
  • Input private investment fund exposure into the Solovis environment from manager statements or third party
  • Input Quarterly Market Values, Remaining Cost and other metrics into the Solovis Portfolio Analytics Environment from manager statements.
  • Prepare a variety of quarterly performance analytics and reporting to the Client/Manager
  • Verify/Reconcile client environment data with manager reported statements
  • Monitor daily tasks from our business process management system
  • Coordinate with multiple internal and external teams including Document Management, Operations, Implementation, External Fund Managers and Clients.
  • Assist with loading additional data sets to support client reporting needs
