Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a quantitative discipline (preferred) and a strong academic record
  • 2+ years of experience in a financial planning and analysis position; private equity experience a plus
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills; Anaplan, Essbase and Tableau experience an advantage
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle multiple projects
  • Strong technical, analytical, financial modeling and quantitative skills
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized and strong attention to detail
  • Possesses a strong work ethic, professional integrity and a positive attitude
  • Highly self-motivated and intelligent with the ability to work effectively in a team environment; proactive and takes initiative

Responsibilities

  • Leading and continually enhancing the P&L forecasting process, focusing on revenue & earnings projections and associated sensitivities
  • Construction and maintenance of fund models for financial and capital metrics reporting
  • Driving the integration of technology into the forecasting process and liaising with other business unit FP&A teams and other BTO/BXG functions to ensure a coordinated approach
  • Managing the preparation of presentations and memorandums for senior management including both quarterly reporting packages and ad hoc materials
  • Supporting broader finance and investor relations teams during the quarterly earnings releases as well as on an ad hoc basis in dealing with clients and investors
  • Leading the review and forecasting of operating expenses and coordinating with the BTO/BXG CAO and various expense teams to maximize accuracy and visibility for stakeholders
  • Performing special projects and ad-hoc business case analyses determined by the needs of Senior Management
