Responsibilities

  • Obtain and maintain detailed knowledge and skills for the relevant 2D software applications
  • Utilize 2D software for the production of Process Engineering deliverables (Block Flow Diagrams, Process Flow Diagrams and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams, etc.)
  • Ensure that the Process Engineering deliverables are prepared according to the drafting guidelines, job notes and project specifications/requirements, (P&ID) design instructions
  • Facilitate data entry into database application like SPPID and AVEVA
  • Back check own drawing before releasing it for back check by the assigned person
  • Review the quality of the database of own drawing before releasing it for back check by the assigned person
  • Ensure effective management of change
  • Communicate what is missing or what is unclear with process lead or P&ID coordinator and resolve the issues
  • Diligently report the status of own drafting work
  • Show flexibility and Ensure proper hand-over with regards to:
  • The replacement of colleagues during illness and holidays
  • The provision of assistance to other colleagues with heavy workload (also other projects)
  • The managing/learning of current/future working methods and new software applications
  • Able to work independently
  • Basic working knowledge of English, both oral and written
  • Understand relevant drawing specifications
