Responsibilities

  • - Work with Procurement team to establish and maintain a high performance supplier base to proactively supply Zentiva’s demand.
  • - Support Procurement in their day to day activities.
  • - Work closely with Supply chain, operations, QC/QA and R&D dept. Support implementation of sourcing plans for R&D projects to ensure that Zentiva has the best cost position with cost reductions exceeding market price erosion for the range of activities under your control.
  • - Work with the Head of Procurement to analyze offerings and identify best in class suppliers for target molecules, technologies, markets and product life cycle. Handle all escalations and follow-up on all the documentation process. Implement and maintain an activity tracker.
  • - Support in raising Change Control in trackwise. Coordination: collaborate with internal stakeholders (such as production, finance, and operations) to align procurement activities with business needs.
  • - Record Keeping: maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, contracts, and vendor information.
