Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the brand direction & execution in market with responsibility for ensuring our campaign plans are successfully delivered in line with both the brand strategic directive and the UK market, consumer & retailer needs.
  • Be responsible for all aspects of product: ensuring that our product range, L&S compliance and go to market execution from a brand point of view is ideally fit for purpose in market to drive market share growth & consumer acquisition in our mission to democratise beauty for all.
  • Own media planning and delivery to maximise full funnel impact, working closely with the BBL to define the right media strategy by working closely with our media, creative and production agencies to design, develop and deliver the most effective media & advocacy campaign plans to meet our business goals.
  • Work closely with the rest of the marketing team in the UK to deliver the business and brand objectives and work collaboratively with the DMI & Zone teams to ensure European and Global alignment.
  • Have exposure to the international brand development teams with the opportunity to contribute to new projects, launches & campaign development, championing the needs & perspectives of the UK market.
  • Be very closely linked with the commercial team, finance and supply chain & be expected to lead conversations & processes to drive brand performance.
  • Be the champion of insight driven decision making through close collaboration with BDT to build market driven & competitive plans and CMI to ensure we are always putting the consumer at the heart of our decision making.
  • Embrace a new marketing model with digital transformation at the heart and continuously upskill yourself through self-learning, training and partner support in your specialist owned areas (media / product management).
  • Be expected to develop and drive your brand strategy, guiding, supporting and galvanizing your colleagues in the Marketing 3:0 wheel and colleagues outside of the category team to support you in delivering on your plans.
  • Accurately track brand, media and competitive performance vs financial (%MS, GM%, REX, ROAS) and brand (sentiment, SOV, resonance) objectives. You will have considerable input in establishing associated brand budgets and financial goals.
