Responsibilities

  • Supporting, maintaining and developing our design system. This means crafting a beautiful, functional and easy to use designs that streamline development of Corpay’s mobile products.
  • Collaborating with the Design Lead from other business (Plugsurfing) on the Design System governance and best practices.
  • Developing and refine components for usability and accessibility.
  • Guiding product teams on consistent design pattern usage.
  • Having familiarity with tokens, variables, and best practices to develop scalable and unified components, you will help ensure the team speaks a consistent design language and contribute to the growth and refinement of our system.
  • Knowing not only how to work in Figma, but how also improve Design & Development handover and implementation.
  • Guiding 2 design system engineers on the implementation and help to manage hands-on engineering backlog.
  • Supporting the design and development of one of Corpay’s companies PayByPhone products and features.
  • Creating intuitive user experiences aligned with business goals.
  • Working across teams to craft solutions that benefit users and the company.
  • Simplifying complex problems into clear, user-friendly designs.
