Responsibilities

  • Work with clients and interdisciplinary teams of product, design, and engineering in the development of new use cases, applying a digital-first mindset and product management best practices (e.g., human centered design, minimum viable product, rapid prototyping, etc.)
  • Lead the business perspective focused on both end-user value proposition and relevance to Visa and our customers, including modeling projected costs and revenues
  • Organize and lead client engagements, from pitch and scoping sessions to workshops focused on value proposition definition, UX design, technical design and implementation, business case validation, and go-to-market planning
  • In partnership with design and technology, identify gaps and explore, test, refine, and recommend a final solution
  • Work with designers + design technologists to make prototype user experiences, to make them tangible for internal and external audiences
  • With customers, demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Visa’s capabilities, payments, commerce ecosystem, think holistically about the design of a new offering and the implications related to both the customer’s experience as well as the organization’s ability to implement and scale
  • Articulate the desirability, viability and feasibility of recommendations and proposed solutions
  • Lead project management of client engagements to ensure productive partnerships, with effective sessions and timely progress
