Responsibilities

  • Under the direction of the Engineering Manager, you will provide manufacturing engineering expertise by working to successfully execute capital and expense projects through planning, scheduling, managing budgets, and effectively communicate and coordinate all responsible parties involved.
  • Plan and develop the scope of projects providing success criteria and savings justification
  • Coordination of weekly project reviews and the production of documentation and reports
  • Collaboration multidisciplinary design/engineering teams
  • Developing and managing project budgets and schedules
  • Ensure compliance with company and industry standards and regulations
  • Work with all stakeholders to identify and resolve project issues
  • Identify, build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
  • Utilize continuous improvement methodology to find creative solutions, help make improvements based on their knowledge of electronics, mechanics, and engineering, and integration of automation/robotics.
  • Interact with maintenance, tool room, office and production
  • Understand and apply the concepts of tact time, cycle time, and flow to meet our expectations of cost, quality and delivery.
  • Be able to demonstrate strong cause-effect analytical abilities to solve problems
