Minimum Qualifications:
The candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical/scientific discipline.
5+ years of technical experience in modern software development, with a focus on AI/ML/accelerated computing.
3+ years of experience in successfully managing developer software products, such as compilers, libraries, and debugging and profiling tools.
3+ years of experience in understanding of the installation, packaging, and distribution channels of modern software developer tools.
3+ years of experience in Intel Software Developer Tools, as well as alternatives from other vendors or open-source communities.
3+ years of experience in demonstrated capability to navigate and contribute within a highly matrixed, complex organizational structure, often in roles characterized by significant ambiguity.
Preferred Qualifications:
A proactive self-starter with a high level of initiative, energy, and curiosity, committed to driving product success among developers.
A strong team player who values progress over ego and works collaboratively to achieve goals.
Proficiency in engaging across organizational boundaries, functions, and levels, including interactions with senior executives.

Responsibilities

Identify, document, and prioritize developer needs for product acquisition, distribution, and installation to ensure a smooth transition from setup to development.
Strategize commercial product packaging and manage SKUs across the entire product portfolio.
Collaborate across various teams, including product management, software architecture, engineering, program management, customer support, sales, and marketing, to support a cohesive and winning product strategy.
Engage with customers regularly to collect feedback and adapt product strategies to meet their evolving needs.
Ensure alignment with broader business unit objectives and requirements.
Coordinate with silicon platform software planning teams to align software product requirements.
