Responsibilities

  • Works closely with marketing and technology experts across the company to develop content for internal and external communication.
  • Prepares technical blogs / articles / presentations / web collateral to communicate complex and technical information more easily.
  • Develops and executes strategies for technology brand promotion.
  • Creates and drives periodic assessments within the marketing organization and analyzes results.
  • Participates in social media content creation and event planning.
  • Functional Knowledge:
  • Strong technical writing and presentation creation skills with an ability to digest complex information and produce easy to understand messages and graphics.
  • Deep working knowledge of Microsoft 365 family of products (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Sharepoint , Onedrive, Forms, etc.)
  • Familiarity with data analytics (e.g., Tableau) and graphics software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite or equivalents) a plus
  • Business Expertise:
  • Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience
  • Leadership:
  • No supervisory responsibilities; accountable for developing technical contribution
  • Problem Solving:
  • Uses existing procedures to solve standard problems; analyzes information and standard practices to make judgments
  • Impact:
  • Has limited impact on own work team; works within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines
  • Interpersonal Skills:
  • Exchanges straightforward information, asks questions and checks for understanding
