Responsibilities

  • Conduct inbound research to understand, evaluate, and prioritize new business requirements that support business goals in Europe.
  • Design outbound (GTM) activities for new product launches, monitor success metrics, and assume responsibility for the adoption of CRM and Transactions solutions in the region.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all CRM and Transactions project related communications, including status updates, issue resolution, and stakeholder management.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert by providing consultations and best practice support for the effective use of our CRM and Transactions systems (e.g. host learning sessions).
  • Build strong, trusting partnerships to readily mobilize people and influence across a broad range of partners, leaders, and organizations to ensure alignment and buy-in on CRM and Transactions system strategies and initiatives.
