Requirements

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Gute Produkt- und Fachkenntnisse in der (internationalen) Industrieversicherung
  • Erfahrung im Design und der Implementierung von Prozessen und Produkten sowie ausgeprägte Methodenkompetenz in der Business Analyse
  • Gutes technisches Applikationswissen sowie gute Kenntnisse bezüglich des Zusammenspiels zwischen den Applikationen und den Schnittstellen bzw. Umsystemen

Responsibilities

  • In dieser Rolle trägst du maßgeblich zur strategischen Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Produkt- und Prozesslandschaft in unserem Industrieversicherungssegment bei
  • Als Product Owner priorisierst du technische und fachliche Anforderungen auf Basis des bestehenden Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), definierst und steuerst den Backlog und stellst einen regelmäßigen Austausch mit den Stakeholdern sicher
  • In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team unterstützt du die Business-Analyse und schaffst hiermit die Voraussetzung für die konkrete Umsetzung der technischen und fachlichen Anforderungen
  • Weiterhin unterstützt du die Entwicklung der Produktarchitektur sowie die Sicherung der Konsistenz und Entwicklungsfähigkeit der Produktmodelle in enger Abstimmung mit den Stakeholdern
  • Du unterstützt das Management-Team bei der Priorisierung von Features und kontrollierst den Fortschritt des jeweiligen Umsetzungsziels sprintübergreifend, um die Erreichung des Endproduktes sicherzustellen
  • Zu guter Letzt erteilst du die Freigabe des fertigen Produktes bzw. Prozesses
