  • Throughout the 2-year Graduate programme and your career at Sage, we want you to be enthusiastic about your personal development, and continuously learn new things to strive for excellence. We expect a lot from our Graduates and will encourage you to bring new ideas to add real value for our customers, in an environment where ambition for future progression is rewarded.
  • You'll have a keen eye for detail and an inquisitive mind. You'll be able to demonstrate resilience and determination whilst remaining flexible and responsive to the changing demands of a fast-paced environment. You'll enjoy working as part of a well-integrated team and must have good listening, verbal and written communication skills. You will have an experienced mentor to support you throughout the programme.
  • You will have the opportunity to learn new skills and technologies, gain an understanding of some of the wider aspects of the product development process. Sage’s strategy of ‘Cloud first’, means that you will be exposed to the latest Cloud technologies, get experience working on these exciting Cloud developments alongside your colleagues, and get invaluable experience working in a FTSE100 software company.
