  • An enthusiastic interest and/or background within the industry

Responsibilities

  • Support producers in shoot prep including booking transport, location research, booking catering and sourcing props.
  • Coordinate schedules, timelines and contact sheets.
  • Liaising with internal teams to coordinate shoot samples.
  • Attending shoots to support the Producer.
  • Admin support, raising payments and processing supplier invoices.
  • Managing the creation of display media assets via our asset management system Storyteq.
  • Overseeing the delivery of creative assets for onsite media placements.
  • Liaising with supplier brands to collate and sign off creative assets.
  • Periodically reviewing process; suggesting and implementing any efficiencies.
  • Managing creative and design resource via Workfront, our project management tool.
  • Organising translations and art working via supporting agencies.
