  • Experience:
  • Ability to generate pixel-perfect production assets to meet required specifications for web, social and digital
  • Mastery of design tools: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, Google Slides and Keynote
  • Collaborate and support product marketers, designers, copywriters, producers, motion graphic designers, project managers, and stakeholders on a daily basis to execute first-class work
  • Passion for working on a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment
  • Quickly develop iterations of existing designs and concepts
  • Basic experience with motion design and animation
  • Experience with data asset management and file-management systems

Responsibilities

  • Translate existing designs to various sizes and create mechanicals
  • Manage schedules with Project Managers to ensure timely release of artwork
  • Capable of working independently but collaboratively with cross functional teams
  • Produce production-ready mechanicals for print and advertising: emails, online banners, websites, print materials and collateral
  • Learn, translate and enforce Lyft brand standards, applying proper typography and color standards to designs for production-ready files
  • Support light motion requests like GIF creation or simple text animation
  • Partner with stakeholder on design and execution of executive presentations
