Responsibilities

  • Functions as production manager for long-form programming, including full-length documentaries and episodic series, for linear television networks, brand marketing, media partners, and our own OTT service, UFC Fight Pass.
  • Collaborates closely with showrunners and producers on various projects to ensure each project is executed to our high standard, while still maintaining budgetary constraints.
  • Manages and advises on multiple show budgets simultaneously.
  • Manages production schedule and calendar for each project.
  • Responsible for vetting and hiring contractors and vendors, including negotiating fees to stay within show budgets.
  • Maintains all administrative onboarding documentation, such as NDAs, PSAs, and financial intake forms.
  • Works with the showrunner and production coordinator to plan and execute all pre-production for live action filming logistics, including budgetary projections, crewing, location scouting, securing filming permissions and releases, assigning PA duties, liaising with talent, regulating onsite safety guidelines, and distributing call sheets.
  • Works with risk management on COIs for each project.
  • Wraps out each project, including tracking and processing all invoices and expenses, reconciling each project’s budget, archiving all correspondence, and completing a Production Report.
  • Facilitates effective communications among business units and with external parties (media partners, corporate sponsors, production vendors, etc.).
