Responsibilities

  • Pulls from multiple disciplines to deliver process improvement, value stream mapping facilitation, change management, human centered design, and project and program management.
  • Develops and advocates business services strategies and operational excellence practices to consistently deliver better outcomes at lower cost.
  • Ensures alignment of proposed programs and projects with the business unit, functional area and/ or company goals and strategies and communicates to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Deeply understands the needs of business units, stakeholder groups, and sponsors by using a variety of observational and facilitated activities such as Voice of Customer, Empathy Mapping, etc.
  • Nimbly adapts to shifting priorities while continuing to assess the overall health of existing programs and priorities.
  • Serves as a thinking partner to colleagues, stakeholders, clients, and sponsors.
  • Be a change leader throughout the organization.
