Responsibilities

  • Possess a strong program management background and have experience leading large/complex/cross-org projects.
  • Drive project schedules from design to release, managing the production launch for a product/feature, and using metrics to provide status.
  • Relentlessly simplify and demonstrate significant innovation, creativity, and good judgment when solving challenging problems.
  • Drive best practices on the team, deal with ambiguity and competing objectives, and proactively identify and mitigate risks before they become roadblocks.
  • Write effective narratives and present them concisely and effectively to senior management.
  • Develop program and team processes and tools as required.
  • Build deployment project plans and manage risks impacting successful delivery.
  • Develop use cases by gathering business requirements, work with software development to build required features, clearly communicate dependencies and manage/track exceptions.
  • Participate in Proof of Concepts (POCs) sessions to ensure proposed solutions can meet business requirements.
  • Active participation in Unit Test, System Integration Test, User Acceptance Test, and User Training.
  • Have an ability to navigate through a large amount of ambiguity and drive consensus between cross-functional stakeholder groups.
  • Demonstrate crisp communication skills, have experience communicating project status to a broad audience and be willing to follow appropriate escalation channels to ensure delivery as planned.
