What is the main responsibility of the Programme Lead – Reviews in Mental Health Adult Social Care?
The main responsibility is to coordinate and deliver care reviews for service users who have care commissioned by Wirral Department of Adult Social Services and/or Wirral ICB, ensuring these reviews are timely, person-centred, and compliant with risk management protocols.
How many positions are available for this role?
There are 2 x 0.80 (30 hour) posts available for this role.
Is previous experience in mental health services required for this position?
Yes, demonstrable experience in a practice role delivering Mental Health (Adult Social Care) services is an essential criterion for this role.
