Requirements

  • Recent university graduate (ideally in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or a related field) or 1-3 years of professional experience, such as management consulting or project management.
  • A committed and flexible team player with an independent way of working and a can-do attitude, who proactively contributes to the team spirit.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, incl. workshop facilitation.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Understanding of different project management methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, MS Project...) preferred.
  • Experience in (Re)insurance and Finance processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Project and Change Management team in managing and overseeing a portfolio of approx. 30 projects within Finance, managing scope, budget and timeline of a multi-year strategic project portfolio.
  • Supporting the Project and Change Management team in preparing portfolio-wide planning and status reporting, incl preparation of stakeholder alignment meetings and steering committees, providing transparency on the status and progress of the project portfolio.
  • Supporting the Finance Change Request process, coordinating workshops, assessing change requests, collaborating with Finance and IT stakeholders to plan and monitor the change implementation roadmap, and ensuring transparent documentation and reporting.
  • Supporting the Project and Change Management team in maintaining project documentation.
  • Coordinating meetings and workshops, preparing agendas, and taking minutes to ensure effective communication and follow-up on action items.
  • Providing administrative support to the Project Management team, including scheduling, correspondence, and file management.
