Responsibilities

  • Deploy the Equans Group's purchasing policy and ensure the proper application of purchasing procedures.
  • Optimize procurement : sourcing, carrying out tenders, select, negotiate, guarantee competitive and high-quality purchases.
  • Monitoring and evaluation : measure purchasing performance, ensure transparent and regular communication.
  • SRM : suppliers and subcontractors panel management, monitoring and handling of disputes, list and assess the quality of suppliers/subcontractors, and keep abreast of the latest technological innovations.
  • Contracts : draft, monitor and manage contracts with the help of the legal department, ensuring their proper execution.
  • Sustainable purchasing policy : deploy and monitor the Equans Group's sustainable purchasing policy, aimed at reducing carbon impact and promoting responsible practices throughout the supply chain.
  • Support operational staff on purchasing information systems.
  • Working in cooperation with our partners' procurement networks especially with Trading & Logistics and Category Management.
