 * Initiate the project lifecycle, checking feasibility and working out budgets, teams and resources
 * Carry out planning, setting goals and objectives, defining roles and producing schedules and timelines for tasks
 * Select, lead, and motivate the project team
 * Keep the project on budget and carry out monitoring and control activities
 * Identify and manage risk
 * Make the client aware of milestone timelines
 * Report regularly to management and the client
