Requirements

  • We are looking for final year undergraduates or recent graduates with less than two years’ experience and a degree in Business, Construction management or a related discipline.
  • Have a passion and/or interest in project management.
  • Understand principles of Project Management
  • Possess good communication and influencing skills
  • Possess good time management and organizational abilities.
  • Are proactive nature with a can-do attitude and ability to use initiative.
  • Are effective team players and a collaborative approach
  • Possess analytical skills and proficient in Microsoft office software

Responsibilities

  • Supporting various teams within Project Management, including Principal Contracting, Program & Project Management Delivery, Cost Management Services (including Capital Planning) and or Moves, Adds and Changes team
  • Gain insight into QHSE, Finance, Contract Management and Sales support the Project Management Business
  • Carrying out specific project tasks to support under the direction of your Manager
  • Developing tender packs, estimate, and write proposals
  • Learning the foundational processes and procedures of the business
  • Understanding the wider CBRE business and its cross-selling opportunities
  • As part of the programme, you will rotate into another sub team for six months to broaden your project management experience and gaining valuable insights into our operations.
  • Training & Development:
  • Supported by a classroom-based Level 4 Associate Project Management, you will work towards your APM certification. Upon completion of the APM certification and once you have been offered a permanent role, there is the option for further accreditation/certification sponsorship.
