Responsibilities

  • Du stellst zusammen mit der Geschäftsführung die Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer langfristigen Kundenservice-Strategie inkl. entsprechender KPIs sicher
  • Du leitest strategische Transformationsprojekte zur Effizienzsteigerung und Verbesserung der Kundeninteraktion
  • Du verantwortest das Budgetmanagement und die Ressourcenplanung in deinen Projekten sowie die Führung und Entwicklung des Projektteams
  • Du förderst ein enges Stakeholder- und Change-Management auf allen Ebenen
  • Du arbeitest eng mit anderen Ressorts und Projekten zusammen um den e2e Gedanken zu fördern
  • Du bist in kontinuierlicher Abstimmung mit den Fachstäben und IT-Delivery Einheiten des Kundenservice um ein gemeinsames, zielgerichtetes Vorgehen und operative Stabilität sicherzustellen
  • Du unterstützt die zielgerichtete Umsetzung von Digitalisierungs- und Automatisierungsmaßnahmen zur stetigen Verbesserung der Serviceprozesse
