Responsibilities

  • Prozess- und Produktentwicklung: Entwicklung und Optimierung von Verfahren und Herstellungsprozessen für neue und bestehende Produkte unter Berücksichtigung von Design for Manufacturing (DFM) und Design for Automation (DFA)
  • Abmusterungen/Neubemusterungen: Planung, Durchführung und Dokumentation der Inbetriebnahme von Werkzeugen und Prozessen sowie umfassende Begleitung dieser Abläufe
  • Prozessanalyse: Identifikation und Analyse von Wechselwirkungen, um die Stabilität und die Wirtschaftlichkeit von Produktionsprozessen zu verbessern
  • Schwachstellenanalyse: Engpässe und Qualitätsprobleme erkennen und zielgerichtet Lösungen entwickeln
  • Anwendung von Lean-Manufacturing-Prinzipien
