The target age group for the young people we will be working with is 0-25 years.
What type of therapy will I be delivering in this role?
You will be delivering specialist Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) interventions.
Is prior experience working with eating disorders necessary for this position?
While prior experience with eating disorders is beneficial, we are open to hearing from candidates with transferable CBT skills and knowledge.
Will I have opportunities for professional development?
Yes, you will receive support, guidance, and opportunities for learning and development from within the Specialist Eating Disorders Service (SEDS) as well as the wider Forward Thinking Birmingham (FTB) Psychological Therapy community.
