Responsibilities

  • Chasing of all overdue Purchase Orders on a daily basis
  • Proactive resourcing of outstanding purchase orders
  • Use of Supplier back order reports and order acknowledgments to ensure our system is updated with as much information as possible
  • Managing sales and customer returns through to completion, including liaising with Suppliers to progress these, whilst maintaining department set SLAs
  • Liaise with Sales Team to communicate any issues arising with their orders
  • Cancel and amend orders as necessary
  • Provide departmental mailbox management when required
  • Take ownership of queries and follow through to completion
  • Develop relationships with all key Suppliers to enable improved ETA accuracy we provide to our sellers / customers
  • Provide cover for other members of the department as necessary and perform other tasks if requested
