Responsibilities

  • - You will support the maintenance of the Quality, Chain of Custody and Environmental procedures within our Scottish sites.
  • - You will ensure we are compliant with legislation and meet international Standards and Saint-Gobain Policies.
  • - You will both conduct Internal Audits against the relevant procedures and standards and support with external Audits.
  • - Objectively review business processes via internal audits.
  • - Support external audits.
  • - Maintain processes needed for the Integrated Management System.
  • - Promoting Quality achievements and performance improvement.
  • - Achieve business objectives relating to quality, Environment and Energy.
  • - Conform to the company's health and safety procedures.
  • - Support the implementation of new systems and procedures.
  • - Participate in all other tasks/projects when required to achieve business objectives.
  • - Advise staff on application of processes, procedures and standards.
  • - Change of custody: Create validations to ensure compliance (quarterly) by checking suppliers/customers still have relevant certification.
  • - Provide information of COC volumes sold as requested.
  • - Maintain waste carriers register.
