Responsibilities

  • Define, analyse, and drive the key performance metrics for the engineering organisation to achieve continuous improvements in their deliverables.
  • Drive engagement with the cross functional teams to develop processes, procedures and initiatives that allow seamless handoffs from engineering.
  • Lead root cause analysis using best in class quality tools to address engineering issues ensuring preventive actions are formally implemented; measured by zero reoccurrence.
  • Define and lead Kaizen activities for process improvements.
  • Able to lead teams in analysing data and acting as a change agent for new initiative implementation.
  • Able to communicate effectively to both internal and external customers.
