Responsibilities

  • Translate business requirements into technology-based solutions, including identification of areas for improvements to address problems and support discussions necessary to implement those solutions.
  • Can determine specific business and technical requirements for solutions.
  • Drive full engagement to ensure focus is on the top priorities through backlog prioritization and roadmap articulation.
  • Challenges the status quo and can deal with ambiguity when driving solutions.
  • Leverage data to provide consulting services to business stakeholders when designing the technical solution.
  • Works independently and thinks strategically to drive priorities with cross functional stakeholders such as Client Operations Client Success, Transformation & Project Management Offices, Business Intelligence (data) and T&O., etc.).
  • Using RBC approved software tools to capture current state problems and future state solutions that is clear to all key stakeholders.
  • Verify requirements for quality and validate requirements with the impacted stakeholders.
  • Change management and adoption capability, ability to drive the post implementation success and benefit realization.
  • Documentation of all procedures for the development.
  • Work assignments involve simple to moderate issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
