Responsibilities

  • A Receptionist provides reception services for Guests to contribute to an overall exceptional experience from check-in through check-out and complete audits, as required.
  • You will join the Front Office team, working in the Reception area of the hotel.
  • You enjoy creating memorable experiences for our guests, ensuring the warmest welcome, demonstrating exceptional levels of customer service and great knowledge of all room categories and hotel facilities.
