The main responsibilities include recording patient attendances and accurate data on the Medway PAS system, confirming and amending patient details, and accurately recording appointment outcomes.
Is training provided for using the Medway PAS computer system?
Yes, appropriate training will be provided for utilizing the Medway PAS computer system.
How does the Receptionist assist with patient documentation?
The Receptionist creates and files health record folders, locates and retrieves health records, and prepares required health records ready for consultations.
Will the Receptionist need to arrange interpreting services?
Yes, the Receptionist will be required to organize interpreting services as needed.
