Responsibilities

  • Attract smart, talented candidates for various groups within Wasserman Music using a variety of traditional and non-traditional sourcing methods
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from posting job descriptions, initiating screening calls, scheduling interviews with internal team members, and facilitating offers/employment negotiations
  • Act as a strategic partner for hiring managers both leaning on them for support and pushing them for results
  • Champion the candidate experience and interview process
  • Build relationships and a candidate pipeline
  • Utilize Workday Recruiting (applicant tracking system) to manage recruitment process and candidate workflow on a daily basis
  • Partner with Hiring Managers ensure DE&I is a priority in keeping our pipelines and recruiting sources diverse
