Responsibilities

  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Labor Relations Strategie an allen Standorten.
  • Beratung der Fachbereiche zu arbeitsrechtlichen Grundsatzfragen sowie zu komplexen Fragen der Beteiligungsrechte der Arbeitnehmervertretungen.
  • Eigenständige Erarbeitung von arbeitsrechtlichen und/oder personalpolitischen Richtlinien, Regelungen und Standards.
  • Beobachten von relevanten Veränderungen der nationalen und europäischen Rechtslage, Analyse der praktischen und wirtschaftlichen Auswirkungen sowie angemessene und zeitnahe Kommunikation an die relevanten Bereiche.
  • Begleitung, Beratung und Steuerung von organisatorischen Strukturveränderungen, wie z.B. Ein- und Ausgliederungen von Unternehmen oder Unternehmensteilen sowie Restrukturierungen.
  • Eigenständige Mitarbeit in nationalen und internationalen Projekten sowie Mitarbeit beim Aufbau eines internationalen Labor Relations Netzwerk im Konzern.
  • Selbständige Erarbeitung und verantwortliche Umsetzung von arbeitsrechtlichen Schulungskonzepten.
  • Vertretung von fachlichen Interessen der ContiTech in externen Arbeitskreisen, z.B. bei Unternehmensverbänden.
