Responsibilities

  • - Partner with business and regional leaders to align HR strategy with business objectives.
  • - Drive HR mandate for the region in collaboration with regional teams to address People matters and organizational design/restructuring.
  • - Provide regional intelligence in annual budget planning, forecasting process with business/function heads & HR COE.
  • - Identify and foresee organizational changes related to people matters, diagnose underlying issues, and construct a case for change with stakeholders.
  • - Ensure ongoing supply and demand analysis for all functions on current and future staffing and skills needs.
  • - Implement best in-class talent management practices that attract and develop high-potential, diverse talent for the business units.
  • - Support employee engagement strategies in response to business needs and employee survey feedback.
  • - Facilitate investigations pertaining to disciplinary and/or fraud cases as appropriate and ensure satisfactory remediation and closure.
