Responsibilities

  • Front line business development, fueling growth through our channels incl. strategic important customers (Partners, SI’s, End Users & OEM’s) within the F&B market in NAM region.
  • Develop and deliver Drives solutions using available “Sales Marketing & Services incl. DrivePro”, Product Management & Development resources tailored to value propositions that address customer’s needs.
  • Act as the extended arm of the F&B Vertical to sales companies to support and drive execution of sales & strategy plans in strong alignment between both parties
  • Build detailed plan with regions/countries, lead/secure execution incl. marketing goals
  • Secure critical mass and focus for the F&B Team in the focus countries
  • Bring outside in view from the regions to the F&B BD Team and PM/PD organizations incl. product gabs
  • Key link/contact on key topics like pricing execution and our portfolio
  • Drive and support the sales of our existing portfolio to achieve the growth target for the region
  • Identify with regions key customers, focus, and priorities: from GKA to local customers
  • Coordinate with GKAM on local activities
  • Support on critical topics, customers
  • Business development: secure execution / support on key actions and win-room sessions
  • Establish, develop and deploy opportunity pipeline.
  • Support business case development on new product opportunities or any ideas
  • Support focus area KPI’s
  • Full mandate on price positioning for the region to maximize profitable growth for all channels
  • Ability to convert prospects, build stakeholder engagement, trust, and lead negotiations including to a secure contract ramp up.
